EPISD bonds–plans to handle closed schools

Elpasotaxguardians published this post about EPISD’s lack of a plan to dispose of the schools they want to close.

Others think that they do have a plan but don’t want the public to know about it.

Its good to see other local blogs looking into the issue.

    As much time as the superintendent spends with developers, you can bet that if it involves real estate a few key people have already given him the plan. If you read one of his interviews last year, he is now an expert on the best commercial uses of the properties where schools will be closed.
