Odd Friday and Saturday schedule. I’d think the street car could support rides to UTEP events and somehow support the Kern crowd. Still not sure who will ride it. Guess we will find out.

Looking at the hours of operation, the streetcars are personal transportation for the district 1 rep who lives in Kern and works downtown. Do city employees and elected officials ride for free? Do they have free passes for Sun Metro?

Pre – revenue service means they will be testing the streetcars during regular hours, meaning they will not be accepting revenue meaning passengers. Revenue service should begin by the holidays.
