What a maroon! If ever there was a political party guilty of messing with the rules (gerrymandering, refusing to even give a hearing to a SCOTUS nominee, refusing to bring bills to the floor of the Senate, etc.) it would have to be the GOP. Your constant harping against one political party over another is wearing thin.

Me, I’m laughing at the Dems hypocrisy over Trump calling Biden’s son out on his payout from the Ukrainians. Can you imagine if it were Trump Jr. who did the mordida thing on the Ukrainians? The Dems would be all over it but it was Biden Jr. “Nothing to see here. Move on…”

Of course, Obama asking the Ukrainians to look into Paul Manafort’s dealings with them doesn’t count, either.

Jesus, doesn’t anyone get it that Ukraine is the Mexico of Europe?

Jerry, this country will never stop corruption because of the kind of equivocation in your comment. You’re okay with one party doing wrong all because the party you don’t like did the same thing. Whatever happened to the philosophy of cleaning up our own backyard first. I am fed up with both parties and people who blindly defend and support either party.

Joke if you wish about Ukraine being the Mexico of Europe, but if you’re referring to corruption, the U.S. wins the award for excellence in corruption hands-down. The only difference is that the U.S. dresses it up with the flag, patriotism, religion, second amendment, free markets, capitalism, and other jingoistic concepts that are marketed and sold to the masses.

We have a troika of corruption —- government, big business, and lobbyists. Government and big business are nothing more than two crime families working together to divide up the turf and the profits, while conspiring to institute or change laws to fit their agendas.

I’m fed up with both parties. The leaders in both parties are winning with a divide and conquer strategy. Don’t think for a minute that they don’t get together and laugh about how well they are both doing in this game of charades.

I think the CIA whistleblower did. So did the guys that changed the whistle blower form last month to allow folks with second hand info to use that channel, since up until August 2019 to be a whistleblower required first hand knowledge. My guess is the whistleblower figured that a President in the Ukraine cleaning his swamp and collaborating with a swamp cleaner in the US might find a lot of inconvenient truths. Clinton proved impeachment really means nothing. The Dems will have their circus and fed up voters will vote them out. Trump will win a second term. Had the Dem majority in the House focused on collaboration and put up a middle of the road front runner, they’d be much more likely to have won big in 2020.

What does the color maroon have to do with anything John? I knew you hated most things but now you are taking your hatred too far attacking the color maroon.

And while we fight along party lines, politicians of both parties are lining their pockets and the pockets of their donors at our expense.

I love reading this blog until people are disrespectful and rude. We can express our point of views without personal attacks and name calling? Can we start by teaching the correct spelling of the word “moron” or maybe by just not using the word at all.
