Name-calling, false attribution. These are Democrat values, whereby if they don’t like what someone says they attack the poster and assign ill-intent to their motives.

Just about everything I post here results in me personally being attacked.

But that doesn’t address what I post. Mainly I post about the public display of abject hypocrisy of individual Democrats.

If, for example, you don’t like the fact that Robert Francis O’Rourke cultivates a false association with Hispanic culture, don’t blame me for pointing it out.

He is as white as any person you will ever meet. He has had every advantage that social justice warriors claim constitutes “white privilege”. He openly and insincerely panders to Hispanics by speaking Spanish at events, but not Spanish he learned in the neighborhood, but rather in a classroom.

His nickname, “Beto”, was given to him by his childhood housekeeper/nanny.

In short, he represents every aspect of a cultural thief as defined by the Democrat party itself. He, literally, benefits from his false association.

It is seriously hypocritical. Yet when I make these valid points it is my character that is questioned.

Elizabeth Warren is a lying, pandering real-life example of white privilege. She even managed to become the Native American female professor of Harvard University. She claimed Native American heritage on her State Bar application. She published Native American recipes.

She lies for personal benefit and suffers no consequences from her party. She has been elevated to a field of top three Democrat candidates, running behind a life-long self described Socialist.

If you don’t like hearing about people in your own party, don’t blame me. Make your party better. Blaming others and claiming some nonexistent high ground “because” is not going to win 2020.

Donald John Trump will defeat Sanders, Bloomberg, Warren, or whoever else may end up running against him this election year. You know this is true. You hate him because he isn’t a liar like Warren, he isn’t a Socialist like Sanders, he isn’t a fake ethnic group member like O’Rourke/Warren, and he isn’t a gun grabber like Bloomberg/O’Rourke.

Trump is the only President in my lifetime to achieve the things he promised in his campaign. And you hate him for it. You hate him for the economy. You hate Donald Trump.

Your hatred is why he will win in 2020.

Imagine this! Somebody has written an entire book that puts the lie to your entire ‘raison d’etre.’ Who’d a thought? The article’s summary/lead headline for their report says: “Who Rules El Paso? shows how a coterie of rich, primarily white Republicans control local government”. How could that be, if these unknown cowards, who never call names, are so right?

What are you talking about? You post a link and claim some victory. Some books says my entire existence is a lie? That is a big statement, and a personal attack on me because you don’t like what I said.

You, literally, just made my point.

And apparently you didn’t read the article you posted. It doesn’t delete my reason for being, as you say.

The article doesn’t, in any way, address a single thing I have ever posted about Robert Francis O’Rourke. If you think it does then post the actual statements from the article. The whole “go read it for yourself” shtick is getting old. Post facts.

You are the worst ad-hominem attacker in this blog. You attack people for the mere act of posting anonymously. You never address what is said. What did I say that was incorrect? Nothing, but I said it and you didn’t like it.

Your entire rant is all about how evil Democrats and specifically Beto are, and all about how you opine that it is their fault that things are the way they are, especially in El Paso. If you had taken the time to read my link, you’d see that quite the opposite is what that book is saying! It is not Democrats, but a handful of Republicans who are controlling things here! So, bottom line? Stop trying to gaslight everyone who still bothers to look at this blog. (It’s not working).

You seem to be fairly good at gaslighting. If you disagree why do you then reply with false information. I read the article in the link you posted and he is right, it doesn’t deal with anything he said about orourke

The book is pretty weak. I expected more from the authors. Several of the chapters are reprints of previous publications. Was disappointed when I bought it.

Border Network for Human Rights director Fernando Garcia accused of financial malfeasance

    https://www.elpasotimes.com/story/news/2020/01/31/border-network-for-human-rights-director-fernando-garcia-embezzlement-allegations/2860413001

The allegations from the report include:

A pattern and practice of diverting funds and embezzlement of BNHR accounts

In February 2019, Garcia opened three bank accounts without board authorization, naming himself as the sole signatory to these three accounts which total over half a million dollars.

On multiple occasions Garcia received cash or checks to pay for trips to Mexico then subsequently charged the expenses of those trips on the organization’s credit card.

No receipts were ever submitted to justify expenses

Since 2016, Mr. Garcia has traveled to Mexico almost monthly utilizing the aforementioned modes of expenditures

The pattern and practice of corrupt mismanagement of the BNHR has been facilitated by Mr. Garcia’s manipulation of the Board.

This has been made possible by his contracting employees, characterizing them as stipend recipients and then nominating them to the Board.

El Paso”s no kill policy is one of the worst decisions El Paso has made. If a stranger comes on to your property and causes damage you can shot them but if one of the thousands of feral cats comes onto your property you can’t do anything. I’m tired of these ANIMLALS being treated better than people. They come into my yard and urinate all over everything and scratch up my patio furniture. They sit on the wall and harass my dog. Theyre a bigger threat to my property than any person and yet we are expected to put up with it. We deserve better.

You are complaining that you cannot kill helpless animals at will? Bold move.

Change “cat” to “Trump” or “Trump supporter” and you will get plenty of people on your side.

Adopt a big dog. The feral cats spend less time in my yard since I supplemented my dachshunds with a Great Pyr. I have the social justice win of giving a home to an abandoned dog, a great pet and a threatening predator to the ferals. Sadly, she is totally worthless as a duck deterrent—which is another protected nuisance.

Why is Chapin High School consider one of the flagship schools in EPISD? Last night I attended the Andress vs Chapin boys and girls basketball games. I don’t have children playing but I wanted to watch a game between 2 heated rivals. I was appalled at the behavior of the Chapin fans. Both parents and students were extremely rude. They yelled at the referees. They yelled at the players. They used
profanity in the stands. After the girls games, a group of Chapin parents were actually yelling at the Andress players and coaches trying to get on the bus. I was actually cpncerned fot the girls safety. Chapin has nothing but a thug mentality. Chapin and EPISD should be ashamed of theit behavior. What an embarrassment.

I think the corporations that run this city have a lot of nerve constantly asking for more tax money when they do not provide the services they are obligated to provide. Although 18.3 million dollars was devoted to public safety in 2019 we have no patrol cars in the upper valley. Drunken teens and older kids that still think they are kids do a lot of damage down here. No one takes responsibility for. This city views property taxes as a growth industry for corporate interests. Mayor Margo might be a joke if he was funny but he isn’t. It would be so great if people here would vote.

Beto might not be a Mexican but he did learn to communicate in Spanish. Many Mexicans living on this side of the Border live here never learn to communicate in English. The interesting thing about Beto is John Williams and his lineage to the last of the Mohicans. Also that his grandmother Charlotte was married to Fred Korth. Fred Korth’s first wife was the Mother of Lee Harvey Oswald. Beto did get a lot of national attention. He must be vested in this community because he is wealthy and could live anywhere. He also restored some old properties. His wife Amy seems more authentic than he is.

Read his financial disclosures. Beto’s mom gifted him a $1 million. He isn’t poor. I guess owning a furniture store is very lucrative.
