Our girl Stephanie won another round with the City Attornies; who knows how many we are paying to protect not us but our City Gov? The Texas Attorney General ruled favorably for her request for texts and other communication between the Mayor , the Reps and the City Manager. This should be interesting. I’m sure we will find out again about how they feel about the electorate and behind the scene machinations of the past few months.

If your check the Post of 28 November entitiled “Open Records” buy no other than Brutus, you will learn all u need to know including what your don’t give a …… about Open Records. By my calculation, considering the City is only open 4 working days per week, they should respond in 10 WD’s. So that is 10 days from the 30 th of November, the day of the ruling. I calculate it to be the 18th of December they should start coming in however, the are going to resist despite the losing battle, so it may take longer.
