Clueless

The Tuesday, June 24, 2014 city council agenda starts with MAYOR’S PROCLAMATIONS as you can see below:

Independents week

I suspect that the proclamation is meant to honor the independence of our country, not a group of independents.

If however the city is honoring those who consider themselves politically independent, I applaud the mayor.

Otherwise maybe we should give Scrivener an award for diligence.

We deserve better

    The City must be outsourcing its proofreading to the El Paso Times.

    It is a Homegrown El Paso Initiative celebrating Independent, locally owned businesses.
