Will had asked that I post a link to a copy of the contract that the new city manager will have.
I tried to do that through a response to his comment but the link does not bring up the contract.

It just seems so unfair that any other employee can be dumped at any time, for no reason whatsoever, and all that is owed to that employee is vacation/sick time, and the remainder of the pay period, yet a high maintenance person, like a very expensive City Manager, can still be paid so damn much money upon being terminated. This can happen to the people who actually perform the work because we live in a so-called Right To Work environment (the State of Texas).
