    And vote in favor. Remember that a YES vote does NOT raise taxes, even though the wording makes it sound like it does.

    The ballot language is weird, but I was told by one EPISD board member that this language was required by the state, and they did not draft it. Just more stupid Texas rules!

    Yes, vote yes.

    “We Deserve Better.” Do we really? Most El Pasoans don’t vote and many of those that do are uniformed. Jimmy Carter said that people get the government that they deserve. So true.
