Cloudburst

Well its time to look at another delayed project from the city.

utepcloud

This $500,000 project was originally supposed to be finished in April of 2015 according to what we were told in February of 2015.

Then in June 2015 we were told that it would be ready in September of 2015.

October is almost gone and we have seen nothing, not even the first puff.

We deserve better

  1. pretty silly looking anyway. Maybe the cloud effect is delayed due to shipping all the way from Heaven?

Just declare beyond repair like they do historical buildings, commission a consultation, demolish, and rebuild.

Then do a press release about how much it was cheaper to undergo this process plus will cause a tidal wave of tourist. Greater than the one in Europe.

Meanwhile, the ancient sewers in my neighborhood are collapsing. The streets look like they’ve been carpet bombed. Glad we have our priorities straight.

$500,000 is a LOT of money.
Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much for “Art” . . . poor art at that.
A cloud, doesn’t make you “Think” or “ponder”.
Poor “art” and “Stupid art”, or not actually ART at all.
It seems some “artists” submit these ideas . . . as a joke. . .
not thinking that the stupid city would go for it.
