I drove by the egg beaters the other day and they were actually spinning.
On the way home they were motionless.
Does anyone know what is going on?
Are they trying to fix them?
I read somewhere that they can be frozen in case of high winds.
Is this an operational issue?
Maybe one of the people at the Times will look into this for us.
We deserve better

The City of El Paso Public Art Program has a Facebook page. Maybe ask them?

I did see lights shining on them the other night. But, yeah, most of the time, they seem to be still.
