As transparent as milk glass

What else should we expect?

City council will hold one of their special meetings Monday, May 14, 2018 to discuss the leaving of the city attorney.

She claims that she is retiring yet the agenda asks city council to ratify the separation and release agreement.

People retiring from jobs generally don’t get separation pay.  One story circulating around is that she received poor performance appraisals from city council this time around.  Time will tell.

The very next agenda item is the selection of an interim city attorney.

We deserve better

I’m going to the meeting to see what twists of logic and law they will employ to give her that $125,000 severance paycheck without having to say she was shitcanned.

Be sure to have someone videotape you—guessing it will be epic (but audio silenced on the official record).

Hard to imagine she could have done anything more odious than the PDNG/Borderplex Alliance crime family.
They value fidelity and allegiance above all. The occasional moral turpitude misstep is usually forgiven. I think it was just her time to cycle out. Now she can hang around playgrounds and frighten small children.

Understand that “Somebody” scratched out “Resignation” on her paper work and WROTE in “Retirement”. Some “Friend” trying to help somebody that was FIRED, walk out with a suitcase full of TAXPAYER money. SECRET meetings, SECRET documents, SECRET phone calls. Need to get State Auditors, Texas Rangers, FBI to take CONTROL of the City, County Government. Just one big SECRET. The ONLY thing THEY REPRESENT is a Society of Corruption.

Firth’s Separation Contract Approved; No Public Comment Allowed

Aleshire, who has copies of Firth’s employment agreement as well as the separation agreement, said the two don’t line up.

“Taken as a whole … this looks like something is being covered up.

Are they paying Firth extra compensation illegally or, are they paying her hush money to not make public complaints against the City?” he said.
