If you click on “Sound Off” you will find a list of contact points for some powerful government officials.
The reader suggests that we take the time to contact these officials and tell them what we are thinking.

If ted cruz is listed, don’t bother. When you reach out to him, for some reason he thinks that you want to subscribe to his newsletter, and you will then begin receiving his version of the lies that are rampant at his level.

Thanks Brutus for posting those website links, especially since the Texas Legislative session has just started. It allows anyone interested, a ‘venue’ to share their thoughts on proposed legislation being considered by the Legislature.
Your blog is blessed to have a number of posters, who daily express their views in a bluntly creative and frank manner. Views those state legislators, from outside El Paso, might benefit in hearing during the bill crafting process which takes place every two years.

You need to add the contact information to all our elected county and city officials as well as these people SHOULD be the ones who more closely affect our lives and community.
I use the word “should” with a tongue in cheek attitude, but perhaps miracles COULD happen if enough of us PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCESS. Those all caps parts are also tongue in cheek because over 50% of the fault in our current condition is our own.
Oh, and don’t forget a link to good ol’ Tommy G. We ALL should be blowing up his email box and voicemail.

The city website does not provide his e-mail address or any other e-mail addresses of the important people at city hall. If you want Tommy’s address, you’ll need to get it from Woody, Paul or the people at Great Wolf.
