    Here’s what l wrote in the comment box: Finally do something about these broken roads and get these stop lights synchronized. BTW- creating higher taxes, fees, and debt with stagnant wages, no population growth, no increased employment does NOT count as a “strategic plan.”

    Well, l now know what a pin dropping on top of a chirping cricket sounds like. Everyone loves to e-complain except in a more direct way, also known as taking a survey. Brutus, l also want to thank you for bringing this to my attention.
