Am I mistaken in my belief that the Times is still printed in El Paso while the layout and design are done out of town?

The Times printing press is stilled at the rear of the City One building. You can see the Times logo above the street on the South side of the building. A person who has been a reliable source in the past, said the paper is stilled printed there, but the layout is done somewhere in Arizona, possibly Phoenix.
An easy way to verify if that is true, is to simply call and inquire. You’ll have to look up the phone number.
