Unicorn farts make up much of the funding source for any given city project. At some point those are converted to bonds, which people are still willing to buy as of this writing. At some point bond purchasers will demand to see the unicorn and some proof that their farts are valuable. Then politicians will be forced to reveal that the unicorn does not exist, and that they always expected taxpayers to foot the bill, but did not want to ask.
When I did a Google search of Pioneers 21, Joyce Wilson’s name popped up. If Wilson is involved, she’s getting paid and we’re getting screwed. She is still around making money off of taxpayers despite leaving the city in a mess. When you help certain people you’re guaranteed income for as long as you want to stick around.
Yeah, she just “retired” from Workforce and her former Chief of Staff at the City got her job there, so it makes sense she is feathering her nest at a new public-funded entity. Musical chairs with the same small group of folks.
FYI, Pioneers 21 is the new name of the Hub of Human Innovation. Always a good sign when a relatively new organization changes its name. And it appears Joyce Wilson was just giving a talk there. But their BOD is pretty much the same group of movers and shakers that has not changed EP’s playing field in years.

Intentional. A bullet point appears to have been edited out following Incubator Fees.
