what is the safe route to schools? dont they already have them? its on the agenda from the 29th. who won the bid? it was almost 2 million to either tri state or the other co from arizona.

The council voted unanimously to award the contracts as staff recommended. 6a went to the company from Arizona, 6B and 6C went to Tri-State.
