On this Thanksgiving day I would like to express my appreciation for the regular readers and commenters on our blog.
With people who care enough to stay informed and active in local situations we have a chance of making our local conditions better.
It takes commitment and time to stay informed and active and I appreciate those of you who do.
Have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving.
Brutus
And a BIG . . . . Thank you for keeping this blog going !
Sure would hate to just rely upon the “News” media to provide real information and discussion about El Paso.
Can you imagine having only the “bought and paid for” El Paso TImes and 3 local TV stations to provide any real and back story information?
I cant imagine how ” In The Dark” we’d be.
So, THANK YOU ElpasoSpeak and to those that participate !

Thank you, Brutus, for your commitment to this blog and the thought provoking ideas and information in your posts. It’s easy to start a blog but difficult to continue one day after day with high quality information such as you provide. I also appreciate your level-headed responses and commitment to civil discourse.

Thank you and your contributors for persevering in this endeavor. It is refreshing to read information that is actually relevant as opposed to being continually spoon-fed one-sided, politically correct talking points via KVIA and EPT.

Brutus, I thank you for the thoughtful hard work which goes into this blog. It used to be one of the sources upon which I relied for data, for solid information about what is going on in our community. Now it is the first place I go for well written informative pieces of news. The major shortcoming I see is the lack of readership. I encourage each person to click the “share” button when they read something they like on this blog. If you share the blog, more people will be informed and perhaps even more information will find its way to our editor.
