City Manager Blames Staff.

Strangely enough, he echoes Niland’s approach – “it’s not our fault! It’s HIS fault!”  “If something is wrong, it’s not MY fault!”

    Unfortunately, we the taxpayers of El Paso have come to realize that we are unable to hold anyone in the county/city accountable – time to vote out the old and try some new faces to see if that helps.
