So another shake down of the tax payers of El Paso is about to take place by the CC. Maybe you need to hide your wallets or better carry some wooden nickles in your pockets. Even better some cobwebs and dust in your wallets and pockets then the CC may get the message. Then again maybe not.
Brutus start a campaign sending CC members tin cups with “We once had a dream” printed on them. ;O)

Closed door, “they forgot to tell US”, SECRET meetings. hidden agendas, Open Meeting Law violations, “Personal Emails”, “Personal cell phone conversation”, is all we ever get in El Taxo. Well except for when WE get the “Bills” for what THEY did to US.
