Please, will someone explain to us how the city could answer 123.46 % of the 911 calls that came in within 15 seconds?
Did they answer them twice?
Do they bother to read their own stuff?
We deserve better

Well last October at 4 pm on a Wed I was on hold with 911 while my husband was having a heart attack. Fire dept made it in 8 min. But 2 min on hold is unacceptable.
