According to a news segment that I heard on the radio the other day our mayor gave an interview to NPR (national public radio).
When asked about the immigration problem he evidently said something to the effect that our biggest problem is the whole immigration system–that it has not been addressed comprehensively for 30 years.
I agree with the mayor.
We deserve better
Brutus
Everybody agrees with the mayor.
He is just spouting the same old tired pat cliche that HE ALWAYS DOES when asked about the situation here on the border. He said the same thing on NPR, CNN, when the mayors across America came to Tornillo, etc.
“Leaders in Washington need the intestinal fortitude to fix our immigration system” blah blah blah…
He has absolutely no real ideas, and being the mayor of a border city he should be on the forefront of ideas to deal with this age old problem.
One thing we do know is mayor Margo is for a “freedom fence to keep out the illegals and riffraff.”
