    I think a “citizen-led” bond election would involve a recall of our Mayor and any City Council member not facing re-election during that election.

    So guess what they are saying is, THEY expect US “Stupid , ignorant peons” to vote ourselves a tax INCREASE? Kind of like their baseball field Con, scam, trolley’s, new Arena, etc. El Taxo, MORE taxes, please.

    El Paso city management can’t create jobs or complete bond projects, but it is good at creating cute slogans.
