The leading Democrats running for President are Socialists. Joe Biden thinks Robert Francis O’Rourke is a Hispanic and may choose him as his running mate.

lol @ you. But people posting anonymously is the REAL issue.

If Sanders or Warren were to be elected, these minor government expenses you complain about would literally be looked back on with fondness for the days when you got to keep much of your money.

Wait until you get to pay for everyone’s healthcare and to control the weather. The quality of life bonds make sense when put up against concepts like these. At least you get to drive by the baseball stadium and know it is real.

Just because you don’t like something doesn’t make it wrong. Besides, in The United States of America you don’t get to decide what people watch. Your comment demonstrates the insidious nature of socialism, it starts by controlling information and denigrating everything you don’t agree with.

Prove anything posted so far is wrong. All you seem capable of doing is attacking the poster. Hitler and Stalin would be proud of you, a budding Antifa member.

Acid rain was real where I lived then (Wisconsin) and I recall some beautiful northern lakes that were gin clear, but turning lifeless because of acidification. Ditto granite rock formations that were crumbling due to acid rain erosion. There were still many coal fired power plants in the upper Great Lakes then.

I don’t understand how people who most would consider to be intelligent cannot see how this whole impeachment thing is a complete hoax. A complete witch-hunt. A complete waste of time. A completr waste of resources. President Trumo only “crime” was winning a election. And yes he did win. The only collusion in that election came from the democrats. There are people out there who are still praising and worshipping Adam Schiff. How is that possible? The man is clearly one of the most corrupt people in government Yet, locally, these are the same people calling for the beheading of our local politicians. It is beyond understanding.

I am sure some people in pre-war Germany were wondering the same thing.

They were, however, beaten and castigated for saying such out loud. Their families would be ostracized and their possessions seized by the State.

If you think that can’t happen here, put on a MAGA hat and walk around downtown.

Liberals don’t believe in freedom, they believe in total control.

I read the indictments, Articles of Impeachment, and there was no law cited in any statute that he broke. None. It was just partisan pissing and moaning that he actually investigated what Biden did and boasted about on video at the CFR. “Well, son-of-a-bitch.”

Did you ever wonder how these politicians get rich in office? The Biden Ukrainian connection, his son on the Burisma board and Biden telling the Ukraine president to fire the prosecutor investigating Bursima? Duh. That’s how they do it. Exposing this is the unforgivable secret. Can you imagine the chicanery in the mid-east in the Bush administration?

Why hasn’t Trump asked every country Hillary ever called on to see if she also did a shakedown on them for her foundation? He’d be doing his duty but it would likely trigger another impeachment in the House.

Congress has the same power as the president. The president broke the law. If law is not unenforced then civil society will cease to exist. Once you are impeached you are impeached forever. The president is not a King. He sets a bad example and has to go. Good bye impeached president Trump! And good riddance!

You can’t be this dumb, except that you must be a liberal, ergo you can be this dumb. A self-fulfilling paradox…

A bunch of people who hate someone who decide amongst themselves that their sworn enemy is bad doesn’t constitute law.

Name the law the President broke.

Obstruction of Congress isn’t a law. It isn’t even written down anywhere except in the Democrats impeachment articles. In the history of the United States, no one has ever been convicted of Obstruction of Congress.

Obama withheld aid to Ukraine because he was scared of Putin. He literally allowed Russia to invade Crimea. Show me where you screamed for Obama’s impeachment.

Your hypocrisy is staggering, but your logic is what surprises me the most.

You should start your own Antifa cell.

Well said. And to a deeper point, we have three branches of government. By rushing the process and calling the Administration’s desire to push back on another huge document chase “obstruction”, the House Dems are denying the President a Constitutional protection because the courts would have acted as a check and balance. The House Dems are truly guilty of abuse of power. While we are too polarized to understand how systemically problematic this is, history will not paint them fairly (unless the Socialist wing of the Dem party succeeds in its coup attempt and then controls how history is written).

Well said Ticked off. I would like to add
There are 2 chambers in the Congressional branch.

So contrary to what some in the House majority are saying the House alone is not an equal branch nor does the House alone have equal power to the President rather the House AND Senate combined are an equal branch of government.

So, the issue is, from my perspective, a lack of term limits for the legislative branch of the federal government. Since I do not see any of the the incumbents voting to limit their time in office I would suggest amending the State Constitution to limit any candidate/incumbent to a total of 2 terms in the Senate and 6 terms in the House of Representatives. Although there would need to be 50 State-level constitutional amendments for this to be effective.

I cannot believe that people believe that either party has a monopoly on corruption. Both parties have demonstrated plenty of capacity for it. I don’t think that we’ve heard the whole truth about the current issues, and President Trump acknowledges that there’s stuff the Dems don’t have access to. Get off your high horses. Denigrating the opposition doesn’t make your side any better.

If City Council prosecuted you for obstruction of City Council I am 99.9% sure you’d have a problem with that, because that isn’t a law. Likewise if you crossed the street at an intersection, but they said your motives were impure, so prosecuted you for crossing an intersection for the wrong reasons.

The articles of impeachment are about policy disagreements. Except the President is in charge and can do exactly everything he did. The Democrats just don’t like him and know they cannot beat him with who they are running in the primaries.

Why don’t you just post “the information” to prove your point. You’re not playing chess at all, just making unverified statements and blaming others for not just taking your word for it. Typical liberal tactic is to blame everyone else for not “knowing” what they know.

I have posted specific, factual information in this blog today and all you have posted are insinuations.

If you have a point to make, make it. But you don’t, so you keep implying you do because that’s all you can do. Democrats need people like you. Somebody has to wear Antifa masks and spray girls in the face with bear mace.

If you don’t see the hatefulness in some of the comments here, you’re choosing to turn a blind eye. Some of those comments are made by people who can’t listen to a different point of view or ideology without going into attack mode. Freedom of speech is a two-way street. John did not say people don’t have the right to say whatever they choose. He just chose to label their speech which he did in a milder, more civil way than those you defend.

Mesa street is crumbling from UTEP all the way to Resler. The condition is like a third-world country. It is damaging cars and is now a public safety issue as cars swerve to dodge potholes. Potholes keep growing in size, some long stretches are coming apart, and repairs when made do not last through a single rain. The landscaped medians get more maintenance attention than the street.
