SISD in denial
March 10, 2020The Socorro Independent School District superintendent evidently recently told his board of trustees that almost all of their graduates last year were actually qualified for graduation.
I can understand mistakes being made.
What I cannot understand is a superintendent saying anything other than “I will get to the bottom of this and see to it that this does not happen again”.
We don’t need to lower our standards any further.
The other graduates deserve better.
