The Medical Center of the Americas hosted the ribbon cutting of their new Cardwell Collaborative Friday.
The project has the potential to bring hundreds of high paying jobs to El Paso.

Now THAT is true public-private partnership. It takes vision and leadership to accomplish that. This lady, Emma Schwartz, is amazing. Our local leadership should take note.

Except in El Paso public/private is code for, the public bears the debt and downside risk and the private keeps the upside revenue and profits. Like Woody World.
