It shows El Paso in the bottom ten of the 200 communities they rank.

This does not look good.  Maybe our elected officials will respond by building some more things that we cannot afford.

We deserve better

    Home foreclosure filings in El Paso continue to rise. They were up 30% in 2015.

    And the CAD continues to increase your homes value while the ability to sell at their rate continues to decline – go figure

      CAD thinks like the bankers who over-valued mortgage securities prior to the 2008 crash. They’re doing whatever it takes to rake in more money. We know how that worked out for everyone.

    Obviously this is a brilliant strategy to keep people from moving out of El Paso since no one will be able to sell their houses! Bravo City council! Bravo!
