This does not look good.  Maybe our elected officials will respond by building some more things that we cannot afford.

    Obviously this is a brilliant strategy to keep people from moving out of El Paso since no one will be able to sell their houses! Bravo City council! Bravo!

      CAD thinks like the bankers who over-valued mortgage securities prior to the 2008 crash. They’re doing whatever it takes to rake in more money. We know how that worked out for everyone.
