Salaries and benefits increased by $17 million! Employee benefits at UMC are one of the highest and most attractive city wide. On an average EP taxpayers have not received pay raises in a long time and have no retirement or health insurance plans at work. What is wrong with this picture?

  5. Did anyone notice that they gave Valenti a bonus again last year? The El Paso Times buried it in their story about how he ‘mislead’ the County Commissioners about bonuses for UMC employees. What the crap?! And then they reported everywhere about how UMC had such a great financial year last year.
